jubilee makes me jubilant

Because I have this mad love for dark men with big noses who make music that sounds like The Replacements, The Stone Roses, Neil Young, Blur, Jane’s Addiction, Bob Dylan, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and The Verve, I’m gonna have to pimp out Jubilee.

It’s a brand new boyband that involves Aaron North (Nine Inch Nails, The Icarus Line), Michael Shuman (Queens of the Stone Age, Wires On Fire), Evan Weiss (Wires On Fire), Loren Shane Humphrey (The Willowz), leather jackets, cigarettes and black hair dye. Not to mention guitars, drums and other musical paraphernalia. I mean seriously, how can you not be excited?

They claim they’re gonna release a single called Rebel Hiss on Jan 21st and play some UK shows at the end of Jan too:

January 27th – BRIGHTON @ PRESSURE POINT
January 28th – CARDIFF @ CLWB IFOR BACH
January 30th – LONDON @ BARFLY
